Samir Engineering was incorporated on 26th of August 1993 as a limited liability company by its chairman Mr. Khaled Nazem Karoum, and is jointly owned by his sons Mr. Nazem Khaled Karoum (Chairman/Managing director) and Mr. Samir Khaled Karoum (director).
Samir Engineering imports and markets a growing range of premium brands in Ghana. Currently Samir Eng. is the 3rd largest distributor of Yokohama Tyres on the African Continent.
